Live Your Yoga 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Something is calling you beyond techniques, beyond the sequences, beyond what you already know.

This 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training led by master teachers, Katie Falconer and Megan Zwerlain,  is an embodied journey into deeper self-study, refined teaching, and spiritual remembrance. Built upon your 200-hour foundation, this program is designed for teachers who are ready to expand their capacity to hold space, integrate wisdom traditions with modern science, and live their practice as devotion.

Here, the nervous system and the cosmos speak the same language.
Here, breath becomes medicine.
Here, teaching becomes transmission.

FAQs

Who is this training for?

This program is designed for yoga teachers and practitioners who have completed a 200-hour training and are ready for depth, nuance, and embodiment, not just more information, but true integration.

Do I need to be teaching yoga to others to attend?

No. This training supports both active teachers and those returning to teaching or deepening their personal practice.

Is this training physically demanding?

In contrast to the 200-hour, trainees will not be practicing daily asana or be required to attend classes at Thrive. The work is designed to be intelligent and progressive, not performative. Advanced does not mean extreme, it means refined, conscious, and sustainable. Advanced asana and sequencing will be discussed and taught in keeping with these guidelines. There will be no required practice in the heated practice.

Will I be certified as an RYT-500 after completion?

Yes. Upon completion, you will earn a 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate, allowing you to register as an RYT 500 when combined with your 200-hour training (if it was Yoga Alliance registered). This training is accredited by Yoga Alliance.

What makes this training different?

This is not a formulaic program. It is a living, breathing container that integrates spirituality, science, intuition, and embodiment, designed to evolve you as both a teacher and a human.

What if I have to miss a weekend?

Because of the depth of the work, attendance is expected. Limited make-up options may be discussed individually.
