This studio is a great place to do yoga. Every instructor I have had has been so good at creating a balance of challenge and grace. Most of the classes are heated, which helps get the body warmed up and into fun poses with ease. I have also taken Core classes, Yin classes and and an Arm Balancing Workshop and they are all were super well taught and compliment the yoga classes. I tried the 2 week pass and the month pass, and just liked going there more and more as the weeks passed. I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years, in Los Angeles, Chicago, San Fransico, Nantucket, Hawaii, and Mexico...and this studio is on par with the great studios I have been to in all those places. I have tried a few places in the Palm Beaches since moving here in 2020, and Thrive is bar far the best. I am so happy I found this place!!!! Thank you Thrive for being my happy place the past 6 weeks...you'll be seeing more of me.Posted on Google![]()

When I hit 60, I did a re-set on what I needed to work on. Two things immediately were evident – Balance and Flexibility. My daughter and I went to a Thrive Power Yoga class a year ago and I let it sit. We did another class over the holidays this year, and I’m committed. The instructors are awesome, the music keeps you moving to whatever your personal goals are over that hour, and the community is warm (including the classes) and welcoming. Give Thrive a chance! Rachel was warm and welcoming. A beautiful flow of poses. The studio was very clean (including the bathroom). The retail looked nice and not what you see "everywhere ". I look forward to coming back. Thank you for offering a 6am class.Posted on Google![]()

Studio is beautiful, peaceful and clean. Teacher was amazing. Her voice, her cueing, and she was constantly watching and assisting students throughout the entire class. Clearly she was there for the students. Grateful for this space and practice!

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
We offer mats for rent and provide complimentary props, making it easy to try your first class before deciding to purchase your own mat. Just wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle and a towel.
Why do yoga and sculpt classes use different room temperatures?
Room temperature can change the focus of a class. Our infrared heated classes encourage muscles to warm up more quickly, while non-heated or gentler classes may help students concentrate on balance and slower movement. Choosing the right class temperature often comes down to your comfort level and the experience you want from your practice.
If you’re unsure, contact us and we can help choose the class that best matches your comfort level and goals.
Why should I try sauna and cold plunge?
Sauna and cold plunge offer a refreshing way to support relaxation, recovery, circulation, and mental resilience. Research suggests sauna use supports cardiovascular health and improved sleep, while cold-water immersion can help reduce post-exercise muscle soreness and inflammation.
How long does it take to notice results?
Everyone progresses at a different pace, but many students notice improvements in flexibility, strength and mindfulness after just a few weeks of regular practice. Consistency is more important than experience, and attending two-to-five classes each week can make a noticeable difference over time.
