After 15 years of immersive study, cross-training, and hands-on teaching, Carolina Pelletier developed COCO Concepts — a signature modality redefining how mindful mat-forward fitness is taught and experienced.
COCO stands for Creative Objectives for Conscious Outcomes. It is more than a workout format; it is a philosophy of intentional movement designed to create measurable physical results and meaningful internal transformation for clients.
This dynamic, music-driven class structure blends spinal integrity, intelligent sequencing, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning with embodied leadership, guiding participants into a powerful flow state while strengthening, lengthening, and enhancing heart rate variability.

Program Dates:
April 10th – May 3
- Fridays 6pm – 9pm
- Saturdays 9am- 6pm
- Sundays 8am – 4pm
Program Fees:
Tuition: $1648
A $600 non-refundable deposit upon acceptance to secure your space. This will be applied to the overall cost. Payment plans are available, with the full balance due on the first day of training. Once the training begins, all payments are non-refundable. Cash, check or debit/credit are accepted. A 3% processing fee will be applied to all debit/credit payments.
