Yoga Teacher, RYT 200
Lindsey has been teaching yoga since 2017. She received her 200-Hour certification at Kula Yoga Shala. She teaches a variety of classes ranging from slow flow vinyasa to yin and sound healing. She finds deep meaning in slowing down to focus within and to show people that yoga is much more than just poses but also philosophy, breath, and mindfulness.
Lindsey brings a “back to the roots” approach to yoga, focusing on strong foundational alignments, centering the mind, and purposeful breath. She closes all classes in sound healing, utilizing crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, hand pans, and various wind, rain, and ocean chimes. Lindsey also teaches in alternative settings, including rehabilitation centers for those struggling with addiction, mental health, and homelessness.
