What are Private Sessions?

A luxury experience featuring one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific body, goals, and skill level for personalized guidance.

Who are they best suited for?

Beginners, athletes, people with injuries, anyone wanting a focused, stress-relieving practice or a low-impact, full-body workout.

What is the cost?
  • Private Yoga & Barre: 60-minute sessions start at $120.
  • Private Pilates Reformer: 50-minute intro sessions are $150. After the intro session, Private Pilates Reformer is offered exclusively in Packages of 16 Sessions (8 Weeks) for $2400.
What are the booking & cancellation policies?

All online bookings must be made seven days in advance. If you require a booking within seven days, please email info@thrivepoweryogapb.com to book.

Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance. No exceptions. If cancellation is received within 24 hours of the session, the session will be forfeited.

Sessions can booked singly or in packages. Some teachers may offer discounts, when booking a package of private sessions.

Reformer Pilates is only booked as a one-time Intro Session or a series of 16 sessions over eight weeks.

Where do the sessions take place?

Sessions can take place in the room of the clients choosing pending availability. We offer three options to suit your needs:

  • Studio A: Ideal for heated Yoga
  • Studio B: Ideal for heated or non-heated Yoga, Barre or Mat Pilates
  • Private Room: Ideal for Reformer Pilates sessions and for students needing use of our Yoga Suspension Wall. Non-heated.
