Warm Vinyasa 60
This 60-minute warm yoga class is taught in a 85-90 degree room and is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. Practitioners are clearly guided through foundational yoga postures focused on opening and strengthening different areas of the body. Expect an increased focus on alignment, as well as the opportunity to explore the progression of your yoga practice.
Hot Vinyasa 60/75/90
This hot yoga class is taught in 60, 75 and 90-minute formats in a room heated with infrared heat to 95 degrees. The 60-minute format is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. The 75 & 90-minute formats are recommended for those with previous yoga or fitness experience. Practitioners will be guided through foundational yoga postures with options to deepen and advance. Expect to be given the opportunity to explore the progression of your yoga practice.
Raja Yin 60
This hot 60-minute class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS and is practiced in a room heated with infrared heat to 95 degrees. Practitioners are clearly guided through long, meditative holds to open, strengthen, and heal the deep connective tissues of the body, focusing on the areas of the hips, shoulders and low back. This Anuttara-style (Supreme) Raja yoga takes the study of Yin Yoga to another level providing practices that systematically access the use of electromagnetic energy and gravity to create ease and freedom in the body, resulting in physical and mental balance.
Warm Yin 60
This warm 60-minute class is taught in an 85-90 degree room. Practitioners are guided through gentle seated and supine yoga postures designed to create openness deep within the connective tissues in a serene and supportive environment.
Hot Hatha+ 60
This hot 60-minute class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS and is practiced in a room heated with infrared heat to 95 degrees. Practitioners are clearly guided through foundational yoga postures with minimal use of traditional vinyasa passes. This class utilizes long holds and slow transitions that open and strengthen the body. Coupled with an increased focus on alignment and philosophy, this class is perfect for new students looking for additional guidance, as well as seasoned students interested in deepening their practice.
This 60-minute class takes place at the JCC on Sundays at 10:30a. It is suitable for all-levels and all trimesters. Practitioners are guided through gentle practice utilizing postures, breath work, and meditation to ease pregnancy, delivery and the after-effects of birth. Expect a class focused on strength, flexibility, and awareness to help you connect with the little light growing within. Fall Series starts November 7th. Learn More & Register
Kids Yoga Ages 5-10
This 60-minute class take place at the JCC on Thursdays at 3:30pm. Young yogis learn yoga poses through high-energy music, stories, partner poses, games, and activities. This class runs concurrently to an adult class at the JCC so you can drop off your child and head to yoga yourself! Fall series starts November 4th. Learn More & Register
Parent & Me Yoga
This 45-minute class runs Sundays at 9:30a at the JCC. Expect a beautiful way to connect with your children through stretching and strengthening poses, partner poses, breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation. Enjoy using music, storytelling, dancing and more as a calming, soothing and fun way to share yoga with your little one. We welcome moms, dads and caregivers. Perfect for walkers to age 4. YTT Community Class
This warm 60-minute class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. Expect a hybrid class, practiced in a warm room, heated to 85-90 degrees. Practitioners will be guided through a vinyasa flow, followed by a slow, restorative yin sequence. Thrive students with active pricing options are invited to attend this class for free. All other students are asked to bring a suggested donation of $10.
