Warm Vinyasa 60
This 60-minute warm yoga class is taught in a 85-90 degree room and is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. Practitioners are clearly guided through foundational yoga postures focused on opening and strengthening different areas of the body. Expect an increased focus on alignment, as well as the opportunity to explore the progression of your yoga practice.
Hot Vinyasa 60/75
This hot yoga class is taught in 60 and 75-minute formats in a room heated with infrared heat to 95 degrees. The 60-minute format is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. The 75-minute format is recommended for those with previous yoga or fitness experience. Practitioners will be guided through foundational yoga postures with options to deepen and advance. Expect to be given the opportunity to explore the progression of your yoga practice.
Warm Yin 60
This warm 60-minute class is taught in an 85-90 degree room. Practitioners are guided through gentle seated and supine yoga postures designed to create openness deep within the connective tissues in a serene and supportive environment.
Hot Hatha+ 60
This hot 60-minute class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS and is practiced in a room heated with infrared heat to 95 degrees. Practitioners are clearly guided through foundational yoga postures with minimal use of traditional vinyasa passes. This class utilizes long holds and slow transitions that open and strengthen the body. Coupled with an increased focus on alignment and philosophy, this class is perfect for new students looking for additional guidance, as well as seasoned students interested in deepening their practice.
YTT Community Class
This warm 60-minute class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. Expect a hybrid class, practiced in a warm room, heated to 85-90 degrees. Practitioners will be guided through a vinyasa flow, followed by a slow, restorative yin sequence. Thrive students with active pricing options are invited to attend this class for free. All other students are asked to bring a suggested donation of $10.

Join Katie on the first Wednesday or Sunday of each month for this 60-minute foundational class, designed to breakdown everything you need to to know to feel more comfortable getting on your mat.
