Foundations 60
This 60-minute unheated class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. Practitioners are clearly guided through easy-to-follow set sequences, utilizing foundational postures at a slower pace, to facilitate greater understanding of vinyasa yoga. Expect longer holds, simple transitions and increased focus on modification and prop-usage. This class is perfect for the beginner yoga student, as well as those looking to increase their foundational knowledge and/or prefer a simpler approach.
Vinyasa 60
This 60-minute unheated class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. Practitioners are clearly guided through foundational yoga postures focused on opening and strengthening different areas of the body. Expect an increased focus on alignment, as well as the opportunity to explore the progression of your yoga practice.
Warm Vinyasa 60
This 60-minute warm yoga class is taught in a 88-90 degree room and is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. Practitioners are clearly guided through foundational yoga postures focused on opening and strengthening different areas of the body. Expect an increased focus on alignment, as well as the opportunity to explore the progression of your yoga practice.
Hot Vinyasa 60/75
This hot yoga class is taught in 60 and 75-minute formats in a room heated with infrared heat to 93-95 degrees. The 60-minute format is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. The 75-minute format is recommended for those with previous yoga or fitness experience. Practitioners will be guided through foundational yoga postures with options to deepen and advance. Expect to be given the opportunity to explore the progression of your yoga practice.
Yin 60
This 60-minute unheated class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. Practitioners are guided through gentle seated and supine yoga postures, utilizing props, to create openness deep within the connective tissues in a serene and supportive environment.
Warm Yin 60
This warm 60-minute class is taught in an 88-90 degree room. Practitioners are guided through gentle seated and supine yoga postures, utilizing props, to create openness deep within the connective tissues in a serene and supportive environment. Expect to move a little deeper into postures and sweat in this warm class.
Hot Hatha+ 60
This hot 60-minute class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS and is practiced in a room heated with infrared heat to 93-95 degrees. Practitioners are clearly guided through foundational yoga postures with minimal use of traditional vinyasa passes. This class utilizes long holds and slow transitions that open and strengthen the body. Coupled with an increased focus on alignment and philosophy, this class is perfect for new students looking for additional guidance, as well as seasoned students interested in deepening their practice.
YTT Community Class
This warm 60-minute class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. Join us for a donation-based class led by Thrive Power Yoga Palm Beach teacher training graduates. Practitioners will be guided through a foundational power vinyasa flow in a warm room, heated to 88-90 degrees.Thrive students with active pricing options are invited to attend this class for free. All other students are invited to bring a suggested donation of $10.
