Beyond yoga, we offer childcare during select class times, as well as trainings, workshops and retreats to help you connect to yourself on a deeper level. We have mens and womens changing rooms, bathrooms and showers to ensure your experience with us is as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Warm Vinyasa 60/75/90

This warm class is taught in 60 and 75-minute formats in an 85-90 degree room. The 60 minute class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. The 75 and 90-minute formats are recommended for those with previous yoga or fitness experience. Practitioners are clearly guided through foundational yoga postures focused on opening and strengthening different areas of the body. Expect an increased focus on alignment, as well as the opportunity to explore the progression of your yoga practice.

Hot Vinyasa 60/75/90

This hot class is taught in 60, 75 and 90-minute formats in a room heated to 95 degrees. The 60-minute format is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. The 75 & 90-minute formats are recommended for those with previous yoga or fitness experience. Practitioners will be guided through foundational yoga postures with options to deepen and advance. Expect to be given the opportunity to explore the progression of your yoga practice.

Bootcamp 60

This warm 60-minute class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. Practitioners will be guided though a muscle sculpting, body-toning practice, using light free weights, yoga balls, resistance bands and more. Expect upbeat instruction and music designed to get your body moving and your heart pumping! Bootcamp resumes Monday, September 10, 2018.

Raja Yin 75

This hot 75-minute class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. Practitioners are clearly guided through long, meditative holds to open, strengthen, and heal the deep connective tissues of the body, focusing on the areas of the hips, shoulders and low back. This Anuttara-style (Supreme) Raja yoga takes the study of Yin Yoga to another level providing practices that systematically access the use of electromagnetic energy and gravity to create ease and freedom in the body, resulting in physical and mental balance.

Warm Yin 60

This 60-minute class is taught in an 85-90 degree room. Practitioners are guided through gentle seated and supine yoga postures designed to create openness deep within the connective tissues in a serene and supportive environment.

Prenatal Yoga

This unheated 60-minute class is suitable for all-levels and all trimesters. Practitioners are guided through gentle practice utilizing postures, breath work, and meditation to ease pregnancy, delivery and the after-effects of birth. Expect a class focused on strength, flexibility, and awareness to help you connect with the little light growing within. All prenatal students receive a gift card at their first session for a free pedicure at Glow Salon & Spa. Separate pricing for prenatal yoga applies.

YTT Community Class

This warm 60-minute class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. Practitioners are guided through foundational yoga postures focused on opening and strengthening different areas of the body. Expect a fun environment with instruction by recent yoga teacher training graduates. This class is free for members and is donation-based for non-members. $5 recommended donation.
