Q. How do I book my free cold plunge and/or sauna session?
A. These sessions are first-come, first-serve. Check in with the desk when you arrive for availability. Free sessions will be limited to five minutes for cold plunge and fifteen minutes for sauna during high volume times.
Q. How do I bring a guest for free to class?
A. Use your paid pricing option to pre-book the class of your choice. When you and your guest arrive, we will add them to the class roster. If they have’s been to the studio before, please make sure they create a free account with us HERE.
Q. What kinds of promotions will you be running?
