Infrared Sauna Protocols:
- Please consult with a physician before sauna use. Use of the sauna occurs at the user’s own risk
- Children under the age of 16 are prohibited from using the sauna
- No food or drink besides water is permitted in the sauna or in the hot/cold room
- Swimsuits or clean athletic clothing are required at all sauna sessions
- Remove jewelry
- Personal towel, brought from home, must be used and placed on the bench while sitting in the sauna. If you do not have one, you will be required to rent one
- Do not touch or change the temperature of the sauna
- Do not sleep in the sauna, doing so is dangerous and can lead to over-exertion
- If you are feeling ill or unwell in anyway, do not use the sauna or the hot/cold room
- If you are pregnant, sauna use is prohibited
- Individuals under the influence of alcohol or any chemical substances are not allowed to use the sauna or hot/cold room
- Maximum capacity for each sauna is two people and booking capacity is for one person
- If entering the cold plunge after sauna use, please dry yourself off with your personal towel before proceeding to the plunge
Cold Plunge Protocols:
- Please consult with a physician before cold plunge use. Use of the cold plunge occurs at the user’s own risk.
- Any person currently suffering or who have ever suffered from any form of heart disease, diabetes or any extreme high/low blood pressure should not use the cold plunge until they have consulted with their physician and have received permission from their healthcare provider
- People suffering from communicable disease transmissible via water understand they are at greater risk than healthy individuals
- If you are feeling ill or unwell in anyway, please do not use the cold plunge or the hot/cold room
- If you are pregnant, sauna use is prohibited
- Do not touch or change the temperature of the cold plunge
- Personal towel, brought from home, must be used after getting out of the cold plunge, otherwise you will be required to rent a towel
