Teacher, RYT 200

My yoga journey started back in 2014, when I saw a picture of a woman doing an incredible, effortless handstand and I immediately knew I wanted to able to have that amount of strength, balance, and control in my own body. It wasn’t until 2017 that I found Thrive, when one of my best friends lured me into taking a class. Upon joining the community, I found a home.
My goal as a teacher is to make my students feel like they’re home. I want them to leave their practice feeling renewed, and ready to take on the world no matter what their day brings. I want to show my students how yoga is not just a work out, it’s a tool to use the body to connect to our mind, and discover our soul.
Since I stepped onto my mat, yoga has changed, challenged, and inspired me. It’s an outlet for emotion – when i’m sad, frustrated, or happy, I get on my mat and I flow.
They say to follow your passion in life, that’s what will make you happiest. My passion is this sacred practice, and I wish to share it and guide you through it. So leave your comparisons, expectations, and doubts behind – join me on your mat and dive deeper into your mind.

Fun Fact:
I lived in a van for two months and traveled east to west coast with my best friend after I graduated high school. I’m a nature junkie, and I live to travel and experience this wonderful world and all it has to offer.
