Jill founded Thrive to help others find connection and balance through the practice of yoga. Her journey with yoga began in 2009, when she was seeking to improve her flexibility as a lifelong athlete. It wasn’t until she discovered hot vinyasa yoga in 2011 that she truly fell in love with the practice.

Since then, Jill has dedicated herself to deepening her understanding of yoga and sharing that knowledge with others. She is certified in Vinyasa Yoga at the 200 and 500-hour level, as well as a certified in Yin Yoga. As a Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider, she has been training and mentoring aspiring yoga teachers in Thrive’s Yoga School since 2016.

In Jill’s classes she strives to create a welcoming and supportive environment where students can explore the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga. Whether you are looking to build strength, find peace of mind, or simply enjoy a challenging flow, her classes offer something for everyone.

When she’s not teaching, you can find her at the studio or exploring the beauty of our coastal town with loved ones.
