Do I need a reservation?

Please reserve your spot from the Schedule before coming to classes and/or appointments. You can use the Thrive website or Thrive app. We do our best to accommodate walk-ins, but some classes and appointment times waitlist.

How do I make a reservation?

To reserve a class or appointment, visit the Schedule on our website or Thrive app. You’ll need to sign into your account. If this is your first time signing in, create your Account using the same email address you used on your first studio visit. Make sure you’re opted-in to receive email updates for your reservation. You can do this logging into the website or Thrive App.

To opt-in for email in the Thrive App, click on the ‘My Account’ tab. Click on your profile picture. Scroll to Email Opt-In and check the box. Press Save.

To opt-in for email on our website, visit our Log-in/Register page, to sign into your account. Click on the Account Info tab. Scroll to Subscriptions. Ensure ALL boxes are checked. Press Save. If you don’t remember your password, do not create a new account. Click Reset password or contact us.

What is your cancellation policy?

Classes: You must un-register yourself online prior to class.

Cold Plunge & Sauna: You must un-register yourself online two hours prior to your appointment.

Massage Therapy: You must cancel with us via text, email or phone call more than 24-hours prior to your appointment.

Failure to comply with these policies subjects you to a late-cancel fee of $25 for classes, cold plunge and sauna or loss of session(s). The late cancel fee for massage therapy is $40.  

How do I cancel my reservation?

Click ‘cancel’ next to your reserved class or appointment from your “Schedule” on the Thrive website or your Thrive app “Profile” tab, which will display all upcoming visits with an option to cancel.

Is there a waitlist?

Yes, when a class is full, we can hold 5 spots on the waitlist. If you are moved from the waitlist into class, you will receive an email confirming your reservation before class starts. Make sure you’re opted in to receive email and text updates for your reservation.

Why can’t I make a reservation on the website?

Ensure you have clicked ‘Log-in/Register’ from the top right corner of the website. If this is your first time signing in, create your Account using the same email address you used on your first studio visit. If you’re signed in and still aren’t able to reserve a class, chances are the class is full and you’ll need to join the waitlist. If you’re still having trouble contact us

When will I be charged for my reservation?

If you reserve your class online or via our App, you will be prompted for payment at the time of booking unless you have an active pricing option, like a membership or package. If you believe you have an active pricing option but are being prompted for payment, please contact us or arrive early so we can help you prior to your class or appointment.

What if Thrive cancels my class/appointment??

If a class/appointment is canceled by us, you will receive an email notification and you will be credited the class/appointment to use in the future. Make sure you’re opted in to receive email/text updates for your reservation.

How many classes/appointments can I reserve?

You can reserve as many classes and appointments as you like, as far in the future as you like.

When should I make a reservation?

We recommend reserving as early as possible to set the self-expectation and keep you accountable to yourself. We also recommend adding the reservation to your personal smartphone calendar for planning purposes. 

How do I download the Thrive App?
