Teresa is a client-focused massage therapist who emphasizes building close relationships while working towards creating personalized treatment plans specific to each person. She is a board licensed massage therapist who graduated from Palm Beach Academy of Health and Beauty in 2013. She then pursued her B.S. at Florida Atlantic University where she studied Psychology and graduated in 2016. Outside of work she enjoys visiting local beaches, traveling, spending time with her family and practicing hot yoga! She resides in Palm Beach Gardens with her husband, three sons and dog. Teresa believes in treating each clients pain and healing but also helping them to achieve the very best quality of life..
