Warm Vinyasa 60
This 60-minute warm yoga class is taught in a 88-90 degree room and is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. Practitioners are clearly guided through foundational yoga postures focused on opening and strengthening different areas of the body. Expect an increased focus on alignment, as well as the opportunity to explore the progression of your yoga practice.
Hot Vinyasa 60 & 75
This hot yoga class is taught in 60 and 75-minute formats in a room heated with infrared heat to 93-95 degrees. The 60-minute format is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. The 75-minute format is recommended for those with previous yoga or fitness experience. Practitioners will be guided through foundational yoga postures with options to deepen and advance. Expect to be given the opportunity to explore the progression of your yoga practice.
Core 45
This heated 45-minute full-body fitness class is Pilates-inspired and infused with dynamic movement. Using weights, gliders, bands and blocks, you can expect to sweat and breathe through heart-pumping, low-impact exercises. Fire up your core and elevate your fitness with this class designed to help you get long, lean and strong. This class requires a yoga mat.
Barre Sculpt 45
This 45-minute heated class uses full-body exercise techniques inspired from ballet, Pilates, strength training, and yoga. Strengthen, tone, and lengthen your muscles in this low-impact, high-sensation class that utilizes the ballet barre, balls, gliders, bands and weights. Expect a fun, dynamic and transformative workout! No prior ballet or dance experience needed. This class requires grippy socks and a yoga mat.
Yin 60
This 60-minute unheated class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS. Practitioners are guided through gentle seated and supine yoga postures, utilizing props, to create openness deep within the connective tissues in a serene and supportive environment.
Warm YinYasa 60
This warm 60-minute class is taught in an 85-90 degree room. Practitioners are guided through gentle poses, inviting gravity take the lead in this slowly-moving class. Expect long meditative holds, emphasis on prop usage and the opportunity to relax and release, while reducing injuries, aches and pains.
Hot Essentials 60
This hot 60-minute vinyasa class is suitable for ALL-LEVELS and is practiced in a room heated with infrared heat to 93-95 degrees. Practitioners are clearly guided through foundational yoga postures with minimal use of traditional vinyasa passes. This class utilizes longer holds and slower transitions that open and strengthen the body. This class is perfect for new students looking to understand the essentials of vinyasa yoga, as well as seasoned students interested in moving at a slower pace than our power vinyasa classes.
