I’ve been to countless studios but this one is one of THE BEST. Amazing instructors really help take your practice to the next level. These classes have amazing music, amazing energy, and I feel so energized yet relaxed afterwards! I was so sore my first week even though I’m not new to yoga or working out. I love that you get the added benefits of the infrared light too! Oh and just an added perk - most the classes have an epic sound track that really gets you flowing.
